Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to provide all all labour, equipment and materials for janitorial services at the following Ottawa Police Services facilities:

4561 Bank Street
2799 Swansea Crescent
21 Concourse Gate
7010 Parkway Road (Greely)

Site Meeting:
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting to be held on Thursday, 21 March 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Ottawa Police Services facility located at 4561 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1T 3W5. Bidders should assemble at the main entrance of the facility.

Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Tender (RFT) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Friday, 22 March 2019. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
