Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to provide all labour, equipment and materials for janitorial services at the Glebe Community Centre located at 175 Third Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 2K2 and the Ottawa South Community Centre located at 260 Sunnyside Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 0R7.
 
 
Site Meeting:
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 21 January 2020. Bidders should assemble at the main entrance of the Glebe Community Centre, 175 Third Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 2K2. Site meeting to follow immediately at the Ottawa South Community Centre, 260 Sunnyside Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 0R7.

All inquiries regarding this Request for Tender (RFT) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein.  Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 22 January 2020. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
