Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Public Works and Environmental Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to provide all all labour, equipment and materials for the replacement and disposal of used carbon at the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre (ROPEC).
 
Site Meeting:
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held on Tuesday, 08 September 2020 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are to assemble at the main entrance of ROPEC’s Technical Services Building Administration Building located at 655 Shefford Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1J 6E7.
 
Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein.  Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 09 September 2020. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
