Description

The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the supply, delivery and storage of ice breaking explosives in accordance with the Specifications included herein.

All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 23 January 2020. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email or by facsimile will not be accepted.

The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), minus any prompt payment discount offered.
