Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Public Works and Environmental Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to provide proven geese and seagull management products or services.
Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 28 February 2018. All inquiries received, and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum, no later than Friday, 02 March 2018, without naming the source of the inquiry.
