Requirement:
The City of Ottawa is seeking an approved Accreditation Body to complete annual audits of its Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) in order to provide the operating authority with a Certificate of Accreditation (Full Scope), in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) ‘Accreditation Protocol - Operating Authorities - Municipal Drinking Water Systems’.
Period of Proposed Contract:
The successful bidder shall complete the work no later than:
Year 1 – 2017: audit completion by accreditation expiry date of 03 October 2017
Year 2 – 2018: audit completion by accreditation expiry date of 03 October 2018
Year 3 – 2019: audit completion by accreditation expiry date of 03 October 2019

All inquiries concerning this Request for Quotation must be directed to the Contracting Authority no later than 03 March 2017.
