Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Public Works and Environmental Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to supply, deliver and store ice-breaking explosives.

Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Tender (RFT) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Tuesday, 19 November 2019. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
