The Road Services Branch of City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of Roadside Grass Cutting on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of Request for Standing Offer 15217-98836-S01.
The City intends to qualify Contractors in the following categories:
- East Roads Services Area – Rear Right Side Offset Flail Mower
- South Roads Services Area – Rear Right Side Offset Flail Mower
- West Roads Services Area – Rear Right Side Offset Flail Mower
- East Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 1
- South Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 1
- West Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 1
- East Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 2
- South Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 2
- West Roads Services Area – Boom Arm Flail Mower Item 2
The proposed period of this Standing Offer is from the date of authorization to approximately 31 October 2017 with the option to extend for up to four (4) additonal seasons.
