Description

REQUIREMENT
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the provision of labour, equipment, and materials for irrigation system services. Work consists of:

Deactivating and winterizing irrigation systems in the fall
Activating the irrigation systems in the spring
Repairs and maintenance on an as and when requested basis

INQUIRIES
Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Tuesday, 06 August 2024. All inquiries regarding this RFQ are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of contract shall be from date of award to 31 July 2025 with the option to extend for up to 3 1-year periods.

CLOSING DATE
All submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Friday, 09 August 2024.
