Request for Tender No. 12216-94849-T01 Supply and Delivery of Hygienic Products and Services
Requirement:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement to supply and deliver various types of Hygienic Products and Services to various Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services departmental facilities on an as and when required basis.
Inquiry Period:
All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority, noted below. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Tuesday, 24 January 2017. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
Closing Date:
All Tender submissions must be received MUST be received NOT LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, on Thursday, 2 February 2017.
Offers received after this date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
