The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification
submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the
Preliminary Design, Detailed Design and Contract Administration for the Renewal
of Jock Trail Bridge over Jock River (SN753090) & Samuel Fisher Bridge over
Middle Castor River (SN882310), as described in the Terms of Reference,
