The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking pre-qualification submissions for the ROPEC Digester 6 Condition Assessment and Mechanical Rehabilitation at the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre (ROPEC), the City of Ottawa’s Wastewater Treatment Plant as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto, as Annex “A”.
