Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held at First Station # 21, 1300 Woodroffe Ave. Ottawa ON. Refer to Article 10 – Schedule of Events, for date and time. Personal Protective Equipment, and COVID-19 protection measures (as per Ottawa Public Health guidelines) are required for the meeting.
