Requirement
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide professional real estate services for the City, as described in ANNEX A – TERMS OF REFERENCE.
The City would like to qualify firms or independent contractors in the following categories:
1. Negotiation – Property Acquisition
2. Negotiation - Leasing
3. Brokerage Services
4. Land Use Planning, Project Management and Engineering
5. Archaeological and Cultural Assessment
6. Property Management Services
7. Feasibility Studies/Research
8. Property Tax Services
9. Energy Conservation & Sustainability Services
