The Infrastructure and Water Services Department of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials for inspection and certification of hoists and lifts, in accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions set out herein referred to as the Work.
