The City of Ottawa, herein after referred to as the City, has a requirement for supply and delivery of two rotary vane pumps suitable for sodium hydroxide service, consisting of a pump, motor and an encoder to the Lemieux Island Water Purification Plant, as described in the Schedule “B”, Specifications, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
