Requirement
The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services Department of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) requires the supply and delivery of Two, Single Axel Trucks, one with crane and dump box (Unit 40-3256) and one with crane, clam bucket and landscaping box (Unit 40-3154), in accordance the terms, conditions, and Specifications of this Request for Tender.
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, 01 June 2021 . Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to one vendor, the lowest responsive bidder, based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), the sum of Price Schedule “A” and Price Schedule “B”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.
