Requirement

The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the “City”) is requesting Standing Offer Submissions from Offerers qualified to supply, delivery and install automotive glass and supplies (the “Work”), on an as and when requested basis, and in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions of the attached Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

Standing Offer Closing Date

All Offer submissions must be addressed to the attention of the Administrative Authority, identified herein, and uploaded to the MERX online tendering system by no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on 19 October 2021. Late Offer submissions will not be accepted. Offers submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Basis of Authorization

It is the City’s intent to authorize one (1) Eligibility List of up to five (5) responsive Offers on the basis of Hourly Rates (Regular Services Hours) offered, per Price Schedules “A”, excluding Taxes. The Eligibility List will be ranked from the lowest hourly rate to highest hourly rate and requests for services ("call-up’s") will be offered to Suppliers in the order of the eligibility list ranking, as and when required by the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of the attached RFSO.

Inquiries and Addenda

All inquiries concerning this Request for Standing Offer should be directed in writing to the Administrative Authority no later than 06 October 2021. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. See the attached RFSO document for additionl inqiury submission instuctions.
