Description

The City of Ottawa is seeking Proposal submissions to provide a case management software solution to stand up an Administrative Penalties System program (APS) for parking and photo-based offences. Components include a core case management system, integrations with existing City and processing centre systems, and client-facing components including a penalty management website and a payment portal.
Proponents should be advised that the award of a contract is contingent upon the following:
City Council approving the recommendation to proceed with the Administrative Penalties program and to allocate funding required to pay for this project.
The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFP is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
