Request for Tender No. 01318-06021-T01 Supply and Delivery of One (1) Stand-on Mini Skid Steer Tracked Loader complete with all attachments
Requirement:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Stand-on Mini Skid Steer Tracked Loader complete with all attachments (hereafter referred to as the “Vehicle(s)”). The Vehicle(s) required will be delivered in a fully operational condition, and ready for its intended immediate use all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of this RFT.
Inquiry Period:
All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Wednesday 07 March 2018. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
Closing Date:
All tender submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday 14 March 2018. Late tender submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted
Offers received after this date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
