The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Seven (7) Cargo Vans with a minimum GVWR of 9,000 lbs (4,082 kgs) and various configurations (hereafter referred to as the “Vehicle”). All Vehicles offered shall be new 2018 and current standard production units.
The Cargo Vans will include Hybrid technology, and interior installations; ensuring vehicles are delivered in a fully operational condition, and ready for its intended immediate use, all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions as described herein.
Bidder’s must be an authorized distributor and repair depot for all OEM components to which services are to be performed under the resulting Contract. The successful Bidder will be responsible for all work and applicable warranty for the contract period.
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded) set out in Price Schedule “A”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.
The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
