The Fleet Maintenance Unit, Fleet Services Branch of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is requesting standing offer submissions from Offerers qualified to provide inspection and repair services for lift equipment and work platforms (the "Services") on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions herein.
All Offer submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, 17 January 2018. Late Offer submissions will not be accepted. Offers submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
It is the City’s intent to authorize the Standing Offer to the lowest responsive Offerer on the basis of the Grand Total of Price Schedules "A", "B", "C" and "D", or Per Price Schedule of Price Schedules "A", "B", "C" and "D", minus any prompt payment discount offered in accordance with Section 32 of this RFSO, if in the City’s best interest, in the sole and absolute discretion of the City. Compliant Offerers may be placed on an eligibility list that will have up to three (3) vendors per price schedule.
