The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for a vendor to provide services, equipment and materials for the destruction (shredding) of temporary records (the "Services") within cartons (15" x 12" x 10") and consoles (equivalent to four cartons) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Tender.
All tender submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 10 May 2018. Late tender submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), minus any prompt payment discount offered.
The Procurement of goods specified in this bid document is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFT is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
