The City of Iqaluit is beginning the process for the closure of the West 40 Landfill. Some of the
waste that has been placed and compacted does not comply with the closure plan and the
slopes required on the final pile. This RFQ seeks bidders to provide services to correct the side
slope of the pile by moving the waste to an alternate location in the landfill.
