Whitewater Seniors Residence (Legion 553) Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services fourteen (14) hours. Whitewater Seniors Residence (Legion 553) Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 15 Ellen Street, Azilda, ON, P0M 1B0. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning March 1, 2024. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 4pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, by Whitewater Seniors Residence (Legion 553) Inc. c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
