Azilda Senior Citizen's Non-Profit Housing Corporation invites sealed proposals for the provision of Property Management Services. Services must be provided in both English and French. Azilda Senior Citizen's Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a non-profit community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires a minimum of two (2) hours per week of on-site property management services at 10 Champlain Street in Azilda, Ontario. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2024. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

- The management company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company's bid will be disqualified.
