Place Cartier Habitation à But Non-Lucratif de Dowling Inc. invites sealed proposals for the provision of Property Management Services. Services must be provided in both English and French. Place Cartier Habitation à But Non-Lucratif de Dowling Inc. is a non-profit community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires a minimum of two (2) hours per week of on-site property management services at 69 Douglas Crescent in Dowling, Ontario. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning December 1, 2022. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
