Solidarity Lodge Seniors Apartments Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services ten (10) hours per week and Maintenance Services fifteen (15) hours per week. Solidarity Lodge Seniors Apartments Inc. is a non-profit community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 111 Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
