Isles of Innisfree Non-Profit Homes Inc. invites tenders for the provision of on-site administrative services for twenty-four (24) hours per week and on-site property maintenance/janitorial services for thirty-five (35) hours per week. Isles of Innisfree Non-Profit Homes Inc. is a community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 216 Copper Street, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2021. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 3:00pm local time on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
