Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of property management and maintenance/janitorial services. Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning March 1, 2019. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time on Friday, January 18, 2019 by Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
