Azilda Non-Profit Housing Corporation invites sealed tenders for the provision of bilingual (French and English) on-site property management services for its social housing senior complex. Azilda Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a non-profit social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires eight (8) hours per week of property management services to be provided on-site at 10 Champlain Street in Azilda, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2019. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
