Palace Place Cooperative Homes Inc. invites sealed Tenders for the provision of Property Management Services for its Social Housing Complex. Palace Place Coopeartive Homes Inc. is a Non-Profit Social Housing Provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires thirty-five (35) hours per week for Property Management to be provided on-site at 129 Second Ave, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning October 1st, 2018. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory performance evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

The lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the Tender documents, as presented, with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the company's bid will be disqualified.
