Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation invites sealed tenders for the provision of Property Management Services for its social housing complex. Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a non-profit social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors required twelve (12) hours per week of property management to be provided on-site at 5 Coronation Boulevard in Lively. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2018. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received until 12 p.m. (noon) local time, Friday, June 8, 2018 by Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation, c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
