Prism Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of Property Management Services for its housing complex. Prism Co-op is a social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors required twenty (20) hours per week of property management to be provided on-site at 775 Cambrian Heights Drive in Sudbury. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2018. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received until 12 p.m. (noon) local time, Friday, June 8, 2018 by Prism Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
