Place Cartier Habitation à But Non-Lucratif de Dowling Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of Property Management Services for its social housing complex. Services must be provided in both English and French. Place Cartier is a non-profit social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors required two (2) hours per week to be provided on-site at 69 Douglas Crescent in Dowling, Ontario. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning December 1, 2017. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
