Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services eighteen (18) hours per week. Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc. is a co-operative housing development funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc. in Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning November 1, 2017. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time, Wednesday September 13, 2017 by Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, Attention: Denise St.Onge, Program Administrator, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.

- The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
