Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services eighteen (18) hours per week. Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc. is a community housing co-operative development funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 159 Second Avenue South in Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning November 1, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 pm EST , Wednesday September 27, 2023, by Horizon Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, Attention: Jordan Nixon, Program Administrator, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.

IMPORTANT:
- The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
- Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
- The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
