Request for Proposal
Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation invites tenders for the provision of
on-site Property Management Services for its’ community housing complex. Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation is a non-profit housing complex funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors requires twelve (12) hours per week of onsite property management services, to be provided at 5 Coronation Blvd, Lively, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 11:30 am local time, June 16, 2023, by Walden Non-Profit Housing Corporation, c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9. Proponents may obtain the tender documents at the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9 between May 15, 2023 and June 15, 2023. To obtain a copy, please contact the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services at 705-674-4455 ext. 4234 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT:
- The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
- Bids will be accepted hand delivered to the address noted above, by mail or email.
- The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
