Request for Proposal
Cooperative Homes of Prosperity and Equality Inc. (HOPE) invites sealed tenders for the provision of on-site Property Management Services, twenty (20) hours per week. Cooperative Homes of Prosperity and Equality Inc. is a non-profit housing corporation funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 80 Barry Street, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning January 1, 2021. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 noon local time, December 4, 2020 by Cooperative Homes of Prosperity and Equality Inc., c/o Susan Dailey, City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
Proponents may obtain the tender documents at the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9 between November 5, 2020 and December 3, 2020 (Please call and arrange an appointment to pick up a tender package) or telephone (705) 674-4455 ext. 4234 between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

- The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
