Request for Proposal

Ashwood Co-operative Homes Incorporated invites tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management and Maintenance Services. Ashwood Co-operative Homes Incorporated is a community co-operative housing development funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors require twenty-five (25) hours per week of property management services and five (5) hours of maintenance service, to be provided on-site at 905 Cambrian Heights Drive, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2020. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.

Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time, Friday July 17, 2020 via one of the following methods: mailed to Ashwood Co-operative Homes Incorporated, c/o City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5P9, hand delivered to the City of Greater Sudbury Housing Services drop box located in the lobby area of 199 Larch Street, or emailed to: Susan.Dailey@greatersudbury.ca

Proponents may obtain the tender documents by accessing the Merx website or by calling 705-674-4455 ext 4234, Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 3:00 p.m. local time.

IMPORTANT:

The lowest or any tender bid may not necessarily be accepted.

The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented, with no exceptions. Any recommended changes to the contract will not be accepted and the bidding company’s tender will be disqualified.
