Prism Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services for twenty (20) hours per week. Prism Co-operative Homes Inc. is a co-operative housing development funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at Prism Co-operative Homes Inc. in Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning November 1, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time, Friday, October 6, 2023, by Prism Co-operative Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, Attention: Jordan Nixon, Program Administrator, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
