La Societe des Bons Amis de la Vallee Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services ten (10) hours per week. La Societe des Bons Amis de la Vallee Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 1699 St-Jean Street, Val Caron, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning April 1, 2024. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 4:00pm local time, Friday, March 8, 2024, by La Societe des Bons Amis de la Vallee Inc. c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
