La Co-operative D’Habitation Antigonish Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services fifteen (15) hours per week. La Co-operative D’Habitation Antigonish Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 31-429 Notre Dame Street W. Azilda, ON P0M 1B0. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1st, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 11:30am, Monday, June 23, 2023 by La Co-operative D’Habitation Antigonish c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
