Ashwood Co-operative Homes Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services twenty (25) hours per week. Ashwood Co-operative Homes Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 905 Cambrian Heights Drive, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning July 1st, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time, May 31, 2023, by Ashwood Co-operative Homes Inc. c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
