The City is in need of providing additional space to the current daycare at the JBS Canada Centre. The size of the addition is to be 24’ 7” X 44’ 3” X 14’ 6”. Should we go ahead with your proposal for the addition we expect that architectural drawings, structural drawings and any other drawings required for building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and development permits be provided. The City’s administration is located in the City office located at 201 First Avenue West, in the City of Brooks.
As part of its obligation to the public, the City will be accepting Request for Proposals for an addition to the JBS Canada Centre Daycare. The purpose of this Proposal is to obtain the most suitable company to construct the addition to the daycare from their proposal in the most cost-effective manner.
There will be a mandatory site tour of the Daycare area at 11:00am on July 30, 2019. The address of the building is 328-1 Street West, Brooks, Alberta. The meeting will begin in the Elks Boardroom.
