The goods required for this RFP are appliances. This includes the following standards as set out by CBI Health LP for delivery, installation, and removal of existing units. This may involve site visits and plans provided by CBI Health LP to ensure that the correct size is delivered to each site.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS ARE REQUIRED:
• Refrigerators: Kitchen size with Freezer, as well as under counter size refrigerators. Typical dimensions for kitchen size: 30" W X 30-1/8"D X 66-1/8"H
• Dishwashers: Standard Kitchen Size. Typical dimensions: 23.54"W x 23.7"D x 33.86"H.
• Washer and Dryers: high quality, high capacity, and high efficiency washer and dryer units designed to withstand consistent use in a clinical environment. Typical dimensions: 26.87” W x 27.73” D x 78.5” H. 3.42 cu. Ft. Washer, 7.0 cu. Ft Dryer.
• Microwaves: Standard Kitchen Size. Typical dimensions: 18.74"W x 14.5"D x 11"H.
• Stoves and Hood Fans: Standard Kitchen Size for Residential homes.
• Various parts: stacking kits, stainless steel hoses: markup from cost to be provided.
• All appliances must be ENERGY STAR rated.
THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE REQUIRED:
• Site assessment to determine viability of delivery and install appliances.
• Assessment and review of financial viability of install of high-capacity high-efficiency washer and dryers, versus residential grade washer and dryers within each CBI Health site.
• Delivery and installation of appliances shown above. This includes installation of hoses, stacking kits, or any other requirement to ensure unit is in working order prior to leaving the site.
• Removal and disposal of existing appliances.
THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WOULD BE IDEAL FOR A PROPONENT (SUPPLEMENTARY):
• Subcontract and coordinate for repairs and maintenance of purchased and existing appliances.
• Subcontract and coordinate any other trade services required for install or any other requirements outside of proponent’s scope to ensure successful install and venting. This would include subcontracting and coordination of tradespersons such as HVAC, Roofers, Gas Fitters, etc.
• Perform site visits/surveys for all CBI Health locations to determine make, model, age, and condition of current appliances. This will aid determining replacement cycle requirements on existing appliances for the duration of the agreement.
