Potlotek First Nation is requesting tenders for the above contract. All bidding information and tender submission requirements are described in the tender documents. A site meeting, as described in the tender documents, will be held to provide information for potential tenderers.
The project is located in the Chapel Island, NS. The project generally involves the construction of a new water treatment plant, standpipe, control building, transmission main and the upgrading of an existing pumping station. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to select site removals, abandonments and relocations; mass excavation; construction of gravel parking lot and access roads, concrete foundations, chain link fencing and gates, overflow piping complete with outlet rip rap protection, manholes; all architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical installations within the new and upgraded buildings as shown on the Project Drawings; installation of Owner pre-selected process equipment; supply and installation of process equipment; supply and installation of control and instrumentation equipment; environmental protection and all other work as shown on the Project Drawings and Specifications.
