This RFP replace RFSA # PROD20160102 Technical Equipment Rental Service – CBC/Radio-Canada published previously.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DATES.
The key objective in issuing this Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA”) is to identify the pre-approved short list of proponents that will be allowed to bid on future CBC/Radio-Canada projects involving special event equipment rentals and other technical equipment rental services.
1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:
The equipment and services that could be required will include, but are not limited to, audio, video and lighting products; and delivery, installation, technical support and technician services. The services will primarily cover events in Montreal, with occasional needs in regional centres.
Suppliers shall meet each event’s specific needs. In addition to equipment, could include installation, set-up or other services.
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:
This RFSA is open only to Suppliers who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for RFSA documents:
- Proponents shall provide a description of three (3) similar contract projects carried out in the past three (3) years.
- Proponents shall provide three (3) reference/recommendation letters from at least three (3) companies for which they have completed mandates in the past two (2) years
- Proponents must provide full contact information (name, email, phone, fax, cell, etc.) for the resources listed
3. TO REQUEST THE RFSA DOCUMENTATION
To ensure that the Proposal is valid, all Suppliers must obtain the documents of the RFSA.
The RFSA file package must be ordered directly from Merx.
PLEASE NOTE that CBC/Radio-Canada is not responsible for the distribution of the documents.
4. COMMUNICATION WITH CBC/RADIO-CANADA
Suppliers may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the RFSA documents. If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFSA, questions must be submitted in writing by Merx as defined in PART I: INTRODUCTION , Table 1: critical dates of the RFSA process.
5. RECEIPT OF OFFERS
Offers in response to this RFSA are to be submitted through Merx no later than September 7, 2016, 2:00 pm Montreal local time.
