Description

CBC / Radio-Canada has a continuing need for qualified suppliers to provide professional Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) services. CBC/Radio-Canada wishes to put in place Supply Arrangements (SA) with the Industry to provide for a variety of services and related deliverables, as and when requested.

SAs are written agreements entered into between CBC/Radio-Canada and suppliers. The objective of the present RFSA consists in selecting qualified suppliers to provide professional Information Technology and Information Management (IT/IM) services to CBC/Radio-Canada.

The Supply Arrangement period shall be two (2) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s).

To ensure that the bid is valid, all bidders must and have to obtain the documents of the RFSA. The file of the RFSA must be ordered directly at Merx. Please note that CBC/Radio-Canada is not responsible for the distribution of the documents.

Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada at this stage of the RFSA process must be undertaken by email only, through the CBC/Radio-Canada representative whose coordinates appear below. All email titles pertaining to this RFSA must include the RFSA number RFSA IT20161116.

Responses to the RFSA are due no later than December 22, 2016, 2:00:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
