1.SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:
CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposals (“RFP) for the Administration of CBC/Radio-Canada’s workforce working outside of Canada Services.
An Agreement resulting from this RFP shall be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s).
The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows:
The purpose of this RFP is to assess the servicing capabilities and associated costs for managing the administration of employees engaged by CBC/Radio-Canada to work outside of Canada. This will include employees assigned from their home location in Canada to work in other locations around the world as well as local nationals hired to work for the Corporation in their home country.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:
This RFP is opened only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for RFP documents:
2.1 The proponent must have deployed similar solutions for global mobility with other Canadian corporations to the countries outlined.
2.2 The proponent must have been in Global Mobility business for at least ten (10) years.
2.3 The proponent must offer all services bilingually.
2.4 The proponent must be able to administer the Global Mobility program in all current locations (see below), either directly or by sub-contracting part of the scope of work as follows:

3. TO REQUEST THE RFP
3.1 The Proponent must submit no later than Monday, August 14th, 2017, 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time, an e-mail to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative for this RFP (see item 4 below for co-ordinates).
The Proponent must include all documents required under item 2 above and written evidence that it currently meets each of the Mandatory Requirements with SIGNATURE of a duly authorized representative attesting that it does by returning the Qualification Request Form.
If you have not received acknowledgement of your request within forty-eight (48) hours it is your responsibility to resubmit your request.
3.2 The Proponent is to include the co-ordinates of the person in its organization who shall be the sole contact for the purpose of this RFP as follows:

To ensure that the bid is valid, all bidders must and have to obtain the documents of the RFP. The file of the RFP package must be ordered directly from Merx. Please note that CBC/Radio-Canada is not responsible for the distribution of the documents.
